The Christmas Tree That Nobody Wanted
About The Book
It's Christmas time. Light, fluffy snow is on the ground. Children are playing their winter games. Carolers are singing the holiday songs. Homes are decorated with pretty lights. Like all children, Jeffrey is looking forward to Santa Claus, opening presents, getting together with family and the special food that his mother prepares. However, this year is different. Jeffrey has an idea. He determined that it is better to give rather than to receive. Jeffrey, along with his dad, find a way to make would could have been a sad Christmas, a very special holiday for a total stranger.
Jerry Rosenstein is President & COO of a high-tech power supply company. His passion and creativity stem from years of traveling the globe, international and domestic friends as well as his loving family. These ingredients have provided inspiration for short stories, a play, a travel blog and several recorded songs. Jerry has been fortunate to have published in newspapers and magazines his poems, technical and non-technical articles.
In addition to the above, Jerry has drafted episodes for a possible television series, has outlined a children's book series and is well on his way to finishing an armed forces story.
With a specialization in Asian Studies and Adult Education, Jerry lectured at UCLA, Pepperdine University and California State University, Northridge.
Jerry was honored by being invited to give a commencement speech at a French Engineering University. He served on various panels and has been a guest speaker at various venues.
Jerry, "A Man For all Seasons," has been married for 48 years. He has four children, seven grandchildren and perhaps, more on the way.
